Iva leads our entire team of operators and salespeople on the phone. She works with the customer to prepare the phone campaign from the initial inquiry to the actual closing of the project. In order to stay on track, she always saves time for active cold calling and/or likes to help salespeople master telephone communication through training and mentoring.
